Econ in the Real World: Exploring China & International Trade

Description: Modern China is a growing global power. Hardly a day goes by without China making headline news. China is an integral part of the global economy and understanding it is essential. This workshop will help you to do that. You’ll learn about the Chinese economy from Dr. Zhijing Teng, one of FSCJ’s Economics Professors who is also from China. We’ll discuss the reasons behind China’s amazing success at economic growth and the theoretical foundations for international trade.
